Mitchell Page and Austin Henry-Maiale are now available for personal training sessions!

Mitchell is available from 9 am until 5pm every Wednesday, and his bio can be seen here:

Austin is available weekends from 9am, and his bio can be seen here:

Personal training sessions are $45 for 45 minutes, must be paid for in blocks of four, and are subject to our cancellation policy.
